Purchase process
The purchase process pases through 4 steps:
1) Customer Information: You must register as a user or log-in to your account with your username and password, if you have already registered.
2) Delivery method: at this step select the shipping method.
3) Payment method: at this step select the payment method.
You will also have the oportunity to add a note concerning your order.
4) Final Invoice and confirmation: at this step you will see the final invoice. In the case that you have choosen Bank Transfer as payment method you will get our Banc Account information here. Click the Confirm Order button to finish shopping. In the case that you have choosen PayPal as payment method you will be redirected to PayPal to realize the payment. A copy of the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.

Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods depending on the delivery zone:
Spain: PayPal, Credit Cards and Debit Cards via PayPal Secure Server, Bank Transfer
European Union: PayPal, Credit Cards and Debit Cards via PayPal Secure Server, Bank Transfer
Rest of the World: PayPal, Credit Cards and Debit Cards via PayPal Secure Server

Minimum order and discounts
We have no minimum order but there are discounts.
For purchases of (VAT not included):
100 euros - 10% discount
200 euros - 20% discount
300 euros - 25% discount
400 euros - 30% discount
The amount of the discount will be applied on the final invoice after you realized the check out process.

Taxes
To unregistered visitors and clients which are not logged-in to their account, prices are shown including VAT.
Once you have registered and logged-in to your account, prices are shown and applied including VAT for clients of the European Union, except Canarian Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
For clients of any other destinations, prices are shown and applied without VAT.

If you buy more than one item you will save on shipping. We only charge real shipping fees of the Spanish Post. We do not charge for handling and packaging.

• Send us a message by e-mail.
• Return the item within 14 days after receiving it.
• We should receive the item within 30 days after you comunicate us your decision.
• The item should be returned by the same shipping method and modality and in the same condition in which you received it, under responsability and charge of the purchaser.
• Once we reveived the item, we will refund the amount of the purchase except the shipping costs.
  
• In the case that you receive any wrong item by our fault, we will charge with all shipping costs of the return and new delivery.
